The new Camex Civil office at Hautapu was a design and build project incorporating a 750sqm warehouse, 980sqm of office space across two levels, a gym and an outdoor area.

With the building managed by Fosters and site works and pavements forged by Camex, DuCo supplied a large raking shopfront spanning over multiple storeys. With set deadlines for moving in, the construction timeline was tight but close collaboration between teams meant the joinery was delivered on time and in-spec, resulting in a spacious and light filled space to cater for Camex’s growing business needs.
