Karapiro Replacement

Originally built in 2000, this house is located in the beautiful surrounds of Lake Karapiro. In 2022/23 the owners undertook an extensive refurbishment of the existing house which included adding a new pool and outdoor entertainment area. DuCo was delighted to be a part of the project by supplying and installing all-new double glazed aluminium windows and doors to the entire house.

The owners particularly wanted to open their house up to the new outdoor area so DuCo came up with specially configured bifold doors and a kitchen servery window to maximise the indoor and outdoor flow of the house and connection to the new pool.
